He was born in 1969 in Kütahya. He completed his primary and secondary education in Nevşehir and Ankara and high school education in Sivas. In 1994, he graduated from Sivas Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine. After his graduation, he worked as a general practitioner at Sivas Health Center and State Hospital. Between the years 1997-2002, he completed his specialty training at the Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinic of Sivas Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine Training and Research Hospital. Since 2002, he has worked in public and  Private Hospitals.
